The terms that govern your use of Rxcript.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rxcript Health platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Clinical features of the Service are intended for use by registered medical practitioners and authorised clinic staff. By using those features you represent that you are appropriately licensed and authorised to provide care and to handle patient information.
Rxcript helps clinicians document encounters, write prescriptions, run clinical decision-support checks (such as drug–drug interaction alerts), and deliver prescriptions to patients, including by a secure link over WhatsApp or email.
Rxcript is a clinical tool that supports - but does not replace - the professional judgment of a qualified clinician. Decision-support features, including interaction and dosing alerts, are informational aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The prescribing clinician is solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions. Rxcript does not practise medicine and does not provide medical advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
When you enter patient information, you confirm you have the necessary authority and consent to do so. As the treating clinician or clinic, you are the controller of the clinical records you create, and you are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable medical, privacy, and record-keeping laws. Rxcript processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, messaging via the WhatsApp Business Platform, and email). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Rxcript Health and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rxcript Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
